Get people thinking
Do you ever wonder “What were they thinking?” or worse, “How does he/she sleep at night?” I do. Yet, any effort to “MAKE” someone think about his/her actions only makes things worse. If you really want them to change the best way I know is to tell a story about values that prompts self examination, in the privacy of their own mind, without ever having to admit they did something wrong. I call this a “values in action” story.
