About Annette:
My curiosity about group behavior drives me to research fields as diverse as neurological economics, anthropology and group dynamics. From the beginning, I decided to allocate my time the way an artist might. I often ignore my own ROI studying topics like patient safety even though I was only hired for a keynote. I understand the bottom line. I just keep my overhead low. I cherish my freedom to explore and continuously design tools and interventions that increase collaboration for bottom line results.
