My curiosity about group behavior drives me to research fields as diverse as neurological economics, anthropology and group dynamics. From the beginning, I decided to allocate my time the way an artist might. I often ignore my own ROI studying topics like patient safety even though I was only hired for a keynote. I understand the bottom line. I just keep my overhead low. I cherish my freedom to explore and continuously design tools and interventions that increase collaboration for bottom line results.
“This was a “stretch” for me. It made me look at myself and others in a new light.”
“Annette has a real depth of understanding into human behavior and group interaction. She made it possible for us to learn together as a group, as well as individually.”
“She got us where we needed to go – she practices what she preaches.”
